Recently, the VLCC crude oil tanker "Yuanshanhu" was repaired by COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry (Dalian) and sailed after 22 days.
The key repair works of "Yuanshanhu" were the complete replacement of valve control hydraulic pipes in the pump room, the disassembly and inspection of seawater pipes in the engine room, the overhaul of boiler valves, seawater pumps and cargo oil pumps, the upgrade of ballast water treatment system and the outfitting works in the deck and engine room.
The management team of the vessel completed the work efficiently and with high quality, so that the vessel could start sailing ahead of schedule.
